If you’ve ever gotten lost in translation or felt fearful of saying the wrong thing, you’re in the right place. I’ve been translating most of my life, and teaching for over 10 years.
Through the services we offer at Kokoro Communications, we will make Japanese accessible to you so that you can achieve your goals.
“She worked on the translation of historical and family documents for me that required a skill set and knowledge that she clearly possessed. She was thorough and her attention to detail was very important to this work. She was flexible with discussing the documents and communicated very well to any of my questions. She was able to complete the work in the promised time and with an absolutely high quality result. I will not hesitate to use her for any future work.”
— Bill Hamade, Family historian and archivist
“I signed up for Japanese classes with Sachi, hoping to reach my goal of proficiency, in order to be able to work Japan routes as a flight attendant. I was very happy with her curated curriculum designed for my job as a flight attendant, which will help me on a day to day basis.”
— Marjorie Nadeau, Air Canada Flight Attendant
“Sachi-san’s work has surpassed all of my expectations. Her kindness, care, and attention to detail is one thing, but she goes above and beyond to illuminate details in the words, etymology, and cultural history that really brings the language to life for me and roots deeper meaning on a personal level.”
